Mobile filing system is the method of filing documents in a roller racking system found in specialized storage units. Cabinets mounted on track ways also refers to mobile filing system. Mobile units eliminate aisle space for more storage space. The mobile filing system is typically used for commercial and academic purposes where there is a significantly large amount of volume of archive material, be it documents, books, or cds/dvds.
